This villa is built on 2 levels and comprises 4 sovrum, 3 badrum, utility / WC room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, lounge, terraces with stunning views and a private swimming pool.

Layout
The main entrance door will lead into the top floor of the villa comprising the main living area, 1 bedroom and 1 badrum.
Internal staircase leads down to the bottom level comprising 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, cloakroom and access to swimming pool area.
There is a terrace off the dining room with a metal staircase leading up to the private roof terrace which also contains a solar panel system.
There is a vehicle entrance at the bottom of the road leading into a private parking area just before the swimming pool. There is also free parking on the road just outside the villa.

There is one bedroom upstairs with double bed (1.50m wide), built in wardrobe, luftkonditionering, ensuite shower room and door to access balcony with stunning sea views.
The Master bedroom downstairs with double bed (1.50m wide), dressing area, air conditioning and a newly renovated walk-in shower. There is also a door to access balcony with fantastic views.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed (1.50m wide), built in wardrobe, luftkonditionering , access to terrace and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Bedroom 4 has 2 enkelsängar (bunk beds) plus an extra single bed, built in wardrobe, air conditioning and window with sea views.

Utanför
The large private pool (protected by a child-proof fence) overlooks the sea and leads onto a terrace that provides the most spectacular views in Mojacar.
There is a large range of sunbeds, sofas, tables and a BBQ for al fresco dining. The house has another terrace, a balcony and a solarium, one or the other of which will provide day-long sunshine at all times of the year. The lounge/diner leads out onto a terrace with table and chairs for outside dining.
Three of the bedrooms lead either directly onto the veranda or a balcony.

This is the south end of ojácar Playa and access to the villa is on Calle Bellavista.There is a hill to get to the villa (hence the views) dock, from the property to the beach you have a short distance of only approximately 500 mätare.
Once you reach the seaside main street you will find a good selection of bars & restauranger, beach bars, shops and the 2.5km long waterfront promenade.
