Bedroom 1 has a double bed, built in wardrobe, air conditioning and window facing the sea.

This townhouse is in a residential complex called Balcones del Mar in Calle Jesus de Perceval. There is a free community parking outside. A community gate will lead you inside to the pool and garden area. You will find the house on the other side of the pool and its directly facing the sea.
