The urbanisation is called Bajos del Bancal, a secure gated community with pool & garden area, underground parking space and 2 entrance gates, one on Paseo del Mediterráneo and the other one on the top road Calle Melodía.
This is a seafront urbanisation at the south end of Mojacar facing the well known beach of Las Ventanicas.
