IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS
We do not guarantee the use of community swimming pools outside the main summer season. Swimming pools will be open from 1st July until 31st August. Outside that period we cannot be made responsible for swimming pools not being open.

This house comprises 2 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer, cloakroom and lounge-diner with access to beautiful terrace with fantastic sea and coastaline views.

De 2 bedrooms are upstairs.
Slaapkamer 1 has a double bed, built in wardrobe, air conditioning and window facing the sea.
Slaapkamer 2 has 2 single beds and ceiling fans and air conditioning
Bed linen and towels provided.

There is a full shower room upstairs
and a cloakroom downstairs.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob & oven, afwasmachine, wasmachine, microwave, coffe machine, toaster and all other kitchenware and crockery.

Lounge with dining area, air conditioning and patio doors leading out to covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for outside dining and 2 sunbeds.

Access to house
This townhouse is in a residential complex called Balcones del Mar in Calle Jesus de Perceval. There is a free community parking outside. A community gate will lead you inside to the pool and garden area. You will find the house on the other side of the pool and its directly facing the sea.
