Access to property
This apartment is in a residential complex called Alcazaba, on the 5th Floor ( top floor) of a community with swimming pool in Calle Turina and Calle Palangre. Easier parking on Calle Turina but a longer way from beach. Once you reach the community gate, there is a set of steps going up to the front door of this apartment. Street parking only.
The community gate will lead you in to lift to go up and down to the pool area. From pool area there is another set of steps going down to Calle Alhambra and from there the beach is only a short walk.

Playa Las Ventanicas is a long stretch of fine sand beaches interspersed with beach bars all along offering parasol and sunbeds’ for hire.
There is also a 2.5km seafront promenade
