This villa is built on 2 levels and comprises 4 chambres, 3 salle de bain, utility / WC room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, lounge, terraces with stunning views and a private swimming pool.

Layout
The main entrance door will lead into the top floor of the villa comprising the main living area, 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain.
Internal staircase leads down to the bottom level comprising 3 chambres, 2 salle de bain, cloakroom and access to swimming pool area.
There is a terrace off the dining room with a metal staircase leading up to the private roof terrace which also contains a solar panel system.
There is a vehicle entrance at the bottom of the road leading into a private parking area just before the swimming pool. There is also free parking on the road just outside the villa.

Chambre à coucher 4 has 2 lits simples (bunk beds) plus an extra single bed, built in wardrobe, air conditioning and window with sea views.

A new kitchen, re-tiled throughout, 3 new bathrooms, new internal doors, a new external front door, a new porch, new curtains throughout, black-out curtains in all main bedrooms and new tiling in the pool area. En plus, the whole villa has been repainted. A Solar Power system has been installed.
Outside
The large private pool (protected by a child-proof fence) overlooks the sea and leads onto a terrace that provides the most spectacular views in Mojacar.
There is a large range of sunbeds, sofas, tables and a BBQ for al fresco dining. The house has another terrace, a balcony and a solarium, one or the other of which will provide day-long sunshine at all times of the year. The lounge/diner leads out onto a terrace with table and chairs for outside dining.
Three of the bedrooms lead either directly onto the veranda or a balcony.

Emplacement

This is the south end of ojácar Playa and access to the villa is on Calle Bellavista.There is a hill to get to the villa (hence the views) cependant, from the property to the beach you have a short distance of only approximately 500 mètres.
Once you reach the seaside main street you will find a good selection of bars & restaurants, bars de plage, shops and the 2.5km long waterfront promenade.

Airports
Almeria airport is 45 minutes drive, Murcia airport is 1 heure 20 minutes, Alicante airport is 2 hours and Malaga airport is 2 heures 45 minutes.
