The lounge dining room on the lower floor both have access to a proposed covered dining area which would have views across the land and down towards the interior of the island. The present project doesn’t include an application for a swimming pool it would be possible however to add an above ground pool with a decked area to the terrace below the property as part of the landscaping of the terrace land sloping towards the road.
