On the above Google map click on enlarge map and the exact location of the property in Mojacar Costa Almeria Andalusia is marked with the blue pin. It is in the south end of Mojacar with plenty of amenities within walking distance and the Ventanicas Beach right on the other side of the road.
The urbanisation is called Bajos del Bancal, a secure gated community with pool & área de jardín, underground parking space and 2 entrance gates, one on Paseo del Mediterráneo and the other one on the top road Calle Melodía.
This is a seafront urbanisation at the south end of Mojacar facing the well known beach of Las Ventanicas.
Tiendas, supermercados, barras de playa, restaurantes y todas las comodidades a poca distancia a pie.
