There is private parking just in front of the house and the community facilities include a good size swimming pool and tennis court.

Ground floor

There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, Spülmaschine, coffee maker, micro wave, hob and oven and in a separate utility room you will find the washing machine and the hot water boiler. Lounge with dining area and access to good size patio area equipped with outside furniture for relaxing and al fresco eating, there is also a built in barbecue, 2 sun loungers and table and chairs.
Klimaanlage, Deckenventilator, fireplace and Smart TV in lounge. Wi fi connection.

Es gibt 3 bedroom and a shower room at this level. Master bedroom with double bed ( 1.50m breit) and access to sitting room area, second bedroom also with double bed ( 1.35m breit) and 3rd bedroom with 2 Einzelbetten. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in all 3 Schlafzimmer.

Also at this level there is a terrace equipped with outside furniture to enjoy the lovely mountain and sea views.

We do not rent out to groups, only families.
