Pedestrian access

There is an entrance gate leading to community lift that will take you to the 4th floor where you will find the lovely community pool and gardens. This apartment is on the top floor of the block overlooking pool. Only one flight of steps to reach entrance door where you also have a small south facing terrace overlooking pool and coastline beyond.

Garage access
If you prefer to drive into the community you need to access the back road driving up Calle Las Pitas. Automatic gate will let you inside the community and garage to find your allocated underground parking space. Steps from the basement will take you up to the pool area and apartment
