This urbanisation is called Oasis del Mar I in Paseo del Mediterraneo by the Cueva del Lobo roundabout, opposite the seafront promenade at the south end of Mojacar Playa at the start of the well known beach of Ventanicas.

Ideally located – no car needed – plenty of amenities within walking distance and at the start of Ventanicas Beach, a long stretch of fine sand beach interspersed with beach bars all along offering parasol and sunbeds’ for hire.
